          Personal data is processed by the Administrator in order to conclude contracts and in the scope of business activity and perform activities related to concluded contracts (e.g. consideration of complaints). The administrator processes personal data on the basis of the consent expressed by the data subject, in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR and pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR, due to the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract. The administrator may also process data in order to fulfill its obligations imposed by law in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR. The administrator may process data in order to protect his legally protected interests in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR.

          Personal data is processed for the time necessary to perform the contract and meet the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (e.g. storing VAT invoices in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax Act).

          The administrator may entrust personal data to processors in order to perform the contract. The data may be made available to other entities on the basis of legal provisions, on the basis of the consent of the data subject and when it is necessary for the implementation of the Administrator’s legitimate goals.

          You have the right to:

  4. requests to limit data processing;
  5. request deletion of data (right to be forgotten);
  6. data portability requests;
  7. object to data processing;
